What people are saying
“The quality is good. Durable and perfect size for my deck table that seats 6 people.” Amazon.com
Umbrella is a nice size but, in my opinion, the pole is rather thin for the size of the umbrella. We’ve been extremely careful to make certain we put it down when any wind blows over a few miles per hour until recently when maybe a 10mph gust, broke the pole right above the tilt mechanism. literally tore the aluminum where it went over the tilt mechanism. This kept the umbrella from being able to close and within a few hours these mild gusts bent the pole where it comes out of the table hole too. The pole might be fine for an 8 or 9-foot umbrella but not for an 11-foot umbrella in light wind. In all fairness, I never contacted Abba Patio so I don’t know if they would have any comment. Ideal stand
Owing to its large size of this Abba Patio outdoor market umbrella, you need a 90-110-pound stand if you are using it alone or about half the weight if you use it with a patio table.
